1. Return & Exchange Period: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

2. Eligible Products: This policy applies to 50ml perfumes purchased online.

3. Product Condition: The perfume bottle must have at least 90% of the original product remaining to qualify for a return or exchange.

4. Processing Time: Approved returns and exchanges are processed within 8–10 working days.

Important: If more than 10% of the perfume has been used, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.
